On December 19, Teamsters leadership notified UPS that its members had voted to ratify their proposed new 5-year contract. The deal was approved by 65,000 of voting employees.
The new contract has potential implications even beyond UPS or the transportation industry, but for all workers affected by multiemployer pension plans.
