ERISA “101(f)” Notice. By law, plan administrators must now send this notice every year to Multiemployer Plan participants. This notice must contain the plan’s funding level. The maximum reported percentage is 100%. If the plan is overfunded, you can find out the specific amount of overfunding only by asking their plan administrators or going onto www.freeERISA.com, where the information is easily obtainable from Schedule B of the plan’s Form 5500.
