    1199 Health Pension Fund

    The Carpenter Funds Administrative Office, Inc.(CFAO) administers Taft-Hartley Benefit Funds for members of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (UBC) within the 46 Northern California Counties. Those UBC members are represented by the Northern California Carpenters Regional Council (NCCRC) and its 31 affiliate Local Unions.

    The Funds administered by the CFAO provide Health, Retirement, Vacation and Training Benefits to over 55,000 Plan Participants and additionally provide benefits to over 100,000 dependents.

    Determining the Health of Your Pension

    For the Carpenters Pension Trust Fund for Northern California, we included the following factors:
